At Roy's Boys, we want you to love your gear, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and underwear can only be returned if the seal remains unbroken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Affix Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Relax

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
